Main job responsibilities:
• Assist other staff in special events and activities as required.
• Monitor or optimize the performance, security, backup, and recovery of the database.
• Proficiency with VPN networks, firewalls, encryption, and other aspects of network security technologies.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
• Handling network issues including hardware and software.
• Support, document and monitor the IT Helpdesk.
• Performing daily and monthly checklists and Reports.
• Upgrading the network infrastructure.
• Provide needed support for Printers, PCs, Handhelds and Tablet devices to ensure smooth work flow.

• Possess a professional image and excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external business partners and employees at all levels.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Computer Science.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and methods; systems testing and evaluation principles, methods, and tools; IT security principles and methods; Internet technologies; and/or emerging information technologies.
