Location: Cairo – Cairo Complex Mall, Sheraton.

Main job responsibilities:
• Date entry for issuing the Bill of Lading for customers review.
• Collect shipping declarations and group them by vessel name in order to issue the booking report for each vessel.
• Print out customer's export invoices.
• Coordinate with involved sales executives, customer service documentation manager to ensure that the client invoice include all services provided to the client.
• Hand original invoices to customer after assuring of invoice due collection.
• Handle all customers' complaints in effective & prompt way.
• Communications with agent.
• Follow the company policy, procedures, and work flow set by the Business Unit Manager regarding operation, archiving and filling of documents and records control.
• Handle delivery check list and delivery orders to customers against original B/Ls or principle / SL instructions and handle import invoices.
• Calculate storage and demurrage fee according to SL regulations and issue relevant invoices.
• Revising invoices and issue release letter to Port Office.
• Translate the import cargo manifest to fulfill customs authority instructions.
Competencies / Skills:
• Negotiation: The ability to negotiate promising terms with suppliers and vendors.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Collaboration and strong customer focus.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Proficiency in both written and oral English and Arabic.
• Proficient in computer skills.
