Logistics Sales Supervisor
Location: Cairo

Main job responsibilities:
•    Responsible for generating new business leads and securing new clients.
•    Arranging and conducting one to one sales visits to new clients & regularly visiting existing customers.
•    Organize and oversee the schedules, territories, and performance of sales executives.
•    Come up with new market scanning tactics and ensure new team members are on top of their districts.
•    Make sales presentation to new prospects.
•    Plan and organize sales outline for subordinates.
•    Provide periodic sales report activity to manager.
•    Maintain records on CRM system.
•    Resolve customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient
•    sales operations.
•    Comply to ISO 9001-2015 rules and guidelines.

Competencies / Skills:
•    Prior experience in sales and/or customer service.
•    Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
•    Understanding of sales performance metrics.
•    Positive attitude, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•    Collaboration and strong customer focus.
•    Displays sound business judgement and personal drive for results.


Required Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Marketing, Business administration / Commerce, or any related fields. 
•    At least 5-7 years of experience in sales function.
•    Proficiency in both written and oral English and Arabic. 
•    Proficient in computer skills, especially concerning CRM software and tools.
