Main job responsibilities:
•    Monitor all daily activities and ensure all finance staff performs as required and in line with deadlines including the submission of regular reports to management.
•    Conduct Financial Reporting.
•    Prepare KPIs for all Divisions to evaluate the performance of the Company on Monthly basis.
•    Verify the P/L accounts on monthly basis to make sure that are matching with the monthly average and identify the cause of deviation if any.
•    Identify and analyze deviations from Budget and forecasts.
•    Preparing the annual Budget in liaison with the Head of each Division and Management
•    Heading the implementing of the new software solution for General Accts.
•    Interfacing directly with Tax Authorities, and attending the Tax Auditing reviews (Corporate Tax, VAT, Payroll tax, and Stamp tax).
•    Monitoring and controlling a healthy Cash Flow.
•    Minimizing cost structure by managing funds efficiently and through strict control of all expenditures.
•    Complying with local Laws/ regulations and with requirements from external parties.
•    Comply to ISO 9001-2015 rules and guidelines

Competencies / Skills:
•    Prior work experience in accounting and/or finance (preferred in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics)
•    Strong technical knowledge of Egyptian Accounting system standards, tax laws and applicable software.
•    Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.
•    Problem solving, priority setting and time management skills.

Required Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or any related fields. 
•    6-8 years of experience in accounting or finance.
•    Proficiency in both written and oral English and Arabic. 
•    Proficient in computer skills, especially concerning accounting software and reporting tools.
