Main job responsibilities:
• Researching, organizing, and developing new leads for potential business customers by cold calling or door-knocking visits.
• Convert cold-calling leads into sales and meet the target.
• Develop, build, and manage a client database.
• Accountable for building relationships with prospective and competitive customers.
• Responsible for proposing and closing deals.
• Make sales presentations to new prospects.
• Respond to customers inquiries regarding prices and types of services & solutions to integrated logistics & freight forwarding services.
• Conduct and report sales leads set by management.
• Support customer service and work closely with operation and documentation departments.
• Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals.
• Be updated with the market and take part of the overall business development.
• Follow up and work on closing payments with clients for issued pending/outstanding invoices supported by accounting department.
• Comply to ISO 9001-2015 rules and guidelines
Competencies / Skills:
• Prior experience in sales or customer service.
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Positive attitude, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Collaboration and strong customer focus.
• Displays sound business judgement and personal drive for results.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Marketing and business administration / Commerce / law.
• From 0-3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in both written and oral English and Arabic.
• Proficient in computer skills, especially concerning CRM software and tools.
