Container Control Executive
Location: Alexandria.

Main job responsibilities:
•    Receive daily equipment movements report (imports/exports), discharging & loading list from Documentation Executives.
•    Prompt Data entry of equipment movement on the company’s shipping system.
•    Daily Container Report.
•    Weekly Container Report for Empty requirement & over stock.
•    Follow up damages & coordinate repair / sales of damaged units in accordance with SL instructions.
•    Follow up empty stock to ensure minimum storage, expenses payment.
•    Handle communications with SL Logistics Dep.
•    Review Supplier’s invoices for positioning & storage.
•    Collect all documents and make sure of having a copy of them before sending to lawyers or insurance Company.

Competencies / Skills:
•    Prior work experience in shipping & logistics (preferred in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics)
•    Agency handling experience.
•    Excellent English skills.
•    Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.
•    Problem solving, priority setting and time management skills.

Required Qualifications:
•    2-3 years of experience.
•    Proficiency in both written and oral English and Arabic. 
•    Proficient in computer skills, especially concerning accounting software and reporting tools.
