Job Summary

We are seeking a Trucking Accountant to join our team.The role is responsible for managing trucking-related financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Key responsibilities include receiving and recording official receipts, calculating and verifying trucking costs, and preparing and issuing invoices in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

Main job responsibilities:

• Handle daily trucking accounting operations, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Track, monitor, and analyze trucking expenses to ensure cost control and efficiency.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate financial records related to trucking activities.
• Support in preparing financial reports, summaries, and analysis for management.

Competencies / Skills:

• Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong command of the English language (written & spoken).
• Positive and proactive attitude, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or the logistics/transportation industry.
• Suez residence only.
