Logistics Operations & Customer Service Executive

Main job responsibilities:
•    Handling import and export forwarding shipments operations & customer service tasks. 
•    Ensure all bookings matches rates in quotations or service contract with carriers as per Ocean freight pricing team agreement, verify payment method and customer’s credit limit.                                                                                            
•    Update customers with bookings status, cutoff date and furnish customer with accurate shipment related documents & invoices on time, keep following with the client the status of their shipments till arriving POD / Containers collected by CNEE and returning the empty container and interfere at any stage in case of any changes. 
•    For all import and export shipments review the statement of estimated expenses for the different forwarding operations elements of expenditure before issuing the request for the operation required cash on hand payment request.
•    Open operations on CRM and record all shipments data accurately and deliver operation files to accounting dept. with related supplier’s invoices.  
•    Review the actual expenditures against actual invoices, and received vouchers from different service providers against the disbursed cash on hand payment, and the type of service rendered (this review covers the technical operation & accounting aspects).
•    Review the external forwarding agencies invoices and prepare money transfer orders to them, and review incoming transfers from them before forwarding its documents to accounting dept.
•    Maintain good interpersonal relationship with the other departments colleagues, individuals at the concerned entities either service providers, authorities and customers

Competencies / Skills:
•    Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
•    Displays sound business judgement and personal drive for results.
•    Positive attitude, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•    Agile problem-solving skills.
•    Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
•    Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative.

Required Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or any related fields. 
•    0-3 Years preferred in Forwarding, Logistic, or Shipping Agencies.
•    Proficiency in both written and oral English and Arabic. 
•    Proficient in computer skills, especially concerning CRM software and tools.
